The Help Yourself series is all about helping yourself and those who deal with internalizing their emotions. During this time, I was dealing with depressions and anxiety on my own. It is difficult for a hurt person to help themselves. In many pieces you see different shades of blue, as I feel blue is a melancholy and depressing color.
